Midweek Round-Up – 23rd February
23rd Feb 2022
Jonny Mann
Hello and welcome to the Midweek Round-Up.
This is the place to find all the best hobby content from in and around the Mantic community over the last week or so.
Get your paintbrush at the ready, ‘cos your about to feel inspired!
You may take our halflings... and you may add some FREEEEEEEHAND!
Patch Adams has done a great job of painting tartan and war paint on these Halfling Spearspikes.
Simon Brown has been painting and playing Overdrive. Top marks for the checked pattern on Brank Reborn.
Mich Cie (who has previously featured in a community spotlight) really has put the leap in these Riverguard Treeleapers! What a wonderfully characteristic multibase scene. This is definitely one of the beauties of Kings of War.
We're very impressed with Mark Laimans' GCPS (above and below) , the armour looks great!
I smell a Rat! A Pi-rat!
Grant Muir has turned these Basilean ships into a whimsical Pi-rat fleet. Aren't the emblems on the sails fantastic?!
powerhouseminiatures made this incredible Kings Of War Giant (for some other game) and the attention to detail is brilliant. we love the mixed use of Frost Giant, Shadowhulk and regular Giant pieces. Just a shame the base seems to have eroded at the corners.

Talking of "other games" Ronnie did this fantastic and insightful interview with BlackJack Legacy recently, he goes into detail about his time before Mantic, how Mantic started and more!
Be sure to check out the latest video too for a chance to win " a Storm in the Shires" starter set!
The Midweek Round-Up will be coming to you every Wednesday, so keep your eyes peeled! And if you want to make sure we spot your great work, use the hashtag #MyMantic when posting on social media.
