Midweek Round-Up – 9th February

Jonny Mann
Hello and welcome to the Midweek Round-Up.
This is the place to find all the best hobby content from in and around the Mantic community over the last week or so.
Get your paintbrush at the ready, ‘cos your about to feel inspired!
Ian Floyd put together a great fun little comic strip featuring the GCPS Vs Rebs using his Deadzone minis and gaming board, we really love the creativity and can't wait to see more!
Sticking with Deadzone Kristoffer Lindmann has put together this fantastic Enforcer strike force! What a very nice shade of blue *chef's kiss*.
Out on the high seas, Andre Corga has created this incredible photo of his Empire of Dust Monolith. The effects really help to bring this impressive ship to life... although it's actually undead... so perhaps the effects help to bring it to death? Now we're confused.
Last week you may have seen Andy Dodd painted a horde of Zombies, well he's since moved on to paint Ghouls too! He said he wasn't too happy with the flesh tone but I think it works really well in my opinion. It's fantastic to see armies like this coming together.
mediocre_miniatures has been channelling Bob Ross and painting 'happy little trees' from the Gothic Grounds TerrainCrate set. She's done a great job of making the bark look realistic.
How great is this paint job and scenic multibasing from Pat O'Neill on his Dwarf horde? The scenic base is almost as impressive as how straight those lines are on those shields! Multibasing is certainly one of the joys of a great Kings of War army and can really help to bring a force together.
Tactical Wargames World has created this nice video on how to paint the Riftforged Orcs! Check out the rest of his videos because he has tutorials on quite a few Mantic models!
